rogue lvls + 2xSD lvls + assassin lvls + 3x shifter lvls + 1/2 hide

maybe... compare this to the progression of the avg of people's spot modifier and change accordingly.

I'd say keep descriptions, but it's nice after a long description to have who it is actually describing, since none of the features in the description except maybe "is human" can you see in the model (clothes are an exception of course).

they will recognize your voice regardless of description.

To be fair, if you can hear someone crying on the other side of Cordor you shouldn't have much trouble picking up the subtle tones that make voices identifiable, even if they are trying to disguise them.

I reckon you could have a billion spot, wisdom and intelligence and have your description bombed by a crappy charisma score couldn't you. You may know all this stuff but with low Charisma then you are a crappy communicator.
