Disco, is it easier to have them split up by store, like I did? I worked on the assumption you'd have to go into each merchant in the toolset, rather than via the item palettes because of the stupid way it stores their inventories separately.

I think all OOC restrictions should be removed so rogue people could steal them. But, for some good items the UMD required should be high enough that only someone with several levels of rogue could use it.

Or someone who took rogue at high levels for the express purpose of UMD / Tumble dump?

You know, there is always a way to screw things. But, if you got 25 points in UMD in place of another skills, sure why not? The system allows you to do it, players will use all they can get to do better. It is normal if you ask me.

Fire barrels - I know they're dwarven fire barrels, but still can't see why only dwarves could detonate them.

*Cries* I asked for neat lists, not discussion. I guess it's too late now, though.

Anyway, if you have anything to add, copy Delarwyn's list and add your own to it (with posibly a note about what you added). That way, nothing gets lost in the mess.

Well, Name, Item Type, Location, Restriction. It's not that hard.

Remember the critter you got it from? (Not sure if that's relevant or if they're all +3, but just to be sure.)

I'm pretty sure it was a glowy "greater" snow bear. Definitely a bear - I only got two loot drops and they were both bears.

About the items that have a OOC note onto them. Im not a rouge class. However, i took Bard. They also have the UMD skill as well. Im at a 20 base for it, and i forget what the mod is for. There is a staff in the Salandra Temple,(and it has been said already), it goes well with the rp I have for my char (Defender Leya Lane).

However, with that, I can not use it, without getting a mark for it by someone. I spoke to a DM about this and I was told to come here. Rouges and Bards have the UMD skill. Im still leraing aobut other classes and so far, i enjoy a few combos.

Only new items. You can have your old one swapped, I'm sure.

Doesn't apply to deity rings, though. Since they were/are a pain to edit thanks to not existing on the pallette, or something.

Why swap 'em? Just state that "OOC: Wuzzywazzah" means nothing from now on.

Well, smaller file sizes, less ugly junk on your items? Well, unless you want to keep them as collectibles, I guess.
