99 is probably the cap, but I really would be hard pressed to see someone with "infinite uses" approved needing more than 50ish. >.>

I'm bumping this thread as something new was learned.

When the skill is placed on your hot bar it always shows zero and does not work, but the spell when cast from the menu works fine so just keep that in mind if you think its broken.

This widget will make requests for spirit shaman and favored souls more viable to request it would seem.... is that correct?

It doesn't emulate true spontaneous casting, since it doesn't take up spell slots, so I'm not exactly sure how it enables them easier, but there's no reason one couldn't request them.
