Alright the folks I am not here to complain or whine. What I would like is some informed coments from the staff and the players out there who have something useful to say please.
I would like to get some clarification on the servers rules with regard to boss farming, with perhaps a few notes to the following;
1). On several occasions I have cleared few areas, just to find a person or sometimes a group sitting on top of the boss spawn area where they quite openly admit to waiting for them to respawn and doing nothing in the mean time other than buffing for the encounter.
2). The general practice I have observed or PC's who have the ability to just turn themselves invisible, stealth, GS, or whatever have you. They then run through the areas without clearing the spawns just to get to the boss monsters. This normally then leaves multiple groups spawned behind them or the next bunch of weary travellers to come across, often facing more than the one spawn at a time like they should and in worse case scenarios having whole floors, rooms come down on them at once.
Anyway, I through this one open to the mercy of the forums, just to see both where the players and more importantly perhaps the staff stand on the issue.

100% against the rules. Screenshot these bastards and send them in and they will be prosecuted with impunity!

Presently not something against the rules, but it is frustrating as hell to me both PCside and clientside, so I am always sorely tempted to give a person I see doing this a really, really, really bad day.
1) People have been banned for it in the past. Screenie, report, giggle, enjoy uncamped boss.
2) The despawn timer, is only very slightly shorter than the respawn interval, and begins when the spawn stops interacting with anything, so if the rusher was kinda slow in getting past them, the two will overlap.
If you hold off for a minute or so, you'll see the older spawn get hoovered up and then you can deal with the new one as you see fit. Unless of course you are not invisible/GS/stealthed, in which case you'll need to move cannily; shoot the old spawn to get its attention and fight it off the trigger, then walk up and fight the new one when it appears.
Another option is the for the despawn interval to be tightened up.

Running through an area to fight the boss is acceptable. Camping the boss and drawing it out repeatedly without leaving the area is against the rules. Anyone caught doing that will be warned, and upon multiple offenses will face a ban.
Kill the boss, move on.

There is a subtle distinction that I'd like cleared up: it's standard practise to rest and rebuff right before the main event, which for a Cleric takes about two minutes, and for everyone is a good time to go afk for a drink/piss/etc. For every boss but Maxi there's a good chance of a 3-4 minute delay between the last spawn of mobs and the boss. I reckon it's legit to run about the Lava Depths throne room(for example) for a few minutes in case of this.
Not ten minutes, though. So if you fought right up to the Depths and didn't need to rest for the Royalty, and there's someone there doing laps of the throne room...screenie, report, giggle etc.
And the cause of the no-show was because someone was camping the boss before you, and it's wrong for me to wait my turn, after spending the last 20 mins fighting every spawn through the spire? That just reeks.

No, there is a random percentage chance a boss will not spawn for you. Doesn't mean the boss was camped.

Illegal. Period.

Once you own a hunting ground you can do what you want with it - if you don't want to hack through every spawn on your way to the end, you don't have to.

This happens a lot in the spires and also the snowbeast. Everyone goes there to boss farm to find epic loot. I've seen people rush there straight after reset to be first and then do laps... not good I guess. I don't have that level of patience to boss farm. Once is enough.

Doesn't change the fact that I still want to tear your face off when I have to fight double spawns, cleaning up the mess you left behind.

What is the purpose of this exactly, anyway?
Part of our contract with the Amian Bosses Union. In addition to mandatory smoke breaks and a decent pension, they wanted these paid personal days, too.
We should never have given into their demands. There were lower CR Bosses willing to terrorize for less, but we had big dreams for Amia. Really big dreams.

Doesn't matter, DM's have replied.
Thread lockzorz?

I even ask a dm in case i could do it, he say: "the consequence is severe de-leveling"
