I plan on going 10 Cleric, 19 Black Guard, and then 1 more cleric on my last level.
Will that be enough to get the book?
Or is it just a RP reward? Or both a level requirement AND RP reward?

The book of w00ty-demon-ness is a roleplay reward you get after having a RP session with a DM who'll help you act out the scene where you make your deal with the fiend. I'm pretty sure it requires a minimum of 16 Black Guard levels.
