So a general question ...

I know and agree with the fact that you can only nominate for DC's every so often ... but I am curious to know the rationalisation of only being able to recommend the smae person once.

Would it not be better to be able to nominate the same person again with the wand after the time had passed. It can often happen that you nominate a person once then find that there was no DM on at the time. Your chance to recommend said person having been wasted.

Up to know I have just recommended someone who I already had with the wand on the DM channel but not sure of this would be bugging the DM's or not. Though it has apparently been responded to by a few

Anyways ... thoughts and comments folks?

A plain ol' DM message works too. Don't HAVE to use the wand.

When I find I am trying to nominate a person twice in a row I just ask a DM to swing by on the DM channel, which is from what I gather, the same as waving my little green wand.

It's great that the DMs are willing to do this, but what is the point of limiting the recommend tool, if people can just call a DM over (just to make myself clear - I am for removing the limit on the wand, not against DMs dropping )?

I am quite happy to continue as it is, I just don't like the thought I may be annoying them or look like I'm begging for DCs.
