I am going to need an extremely detailed description of how to do this as I have been told many times to do it through imageshack or photobucket. Problem is when I open the screenie folder through one of those programs it is empty. When I open it through my pc I have tons of screenies. Or I hear there is a tutorial somewhere in the ofrums. CAn someone help me?

In your NWN file they're the wrong file format - photobucket won't do *.tga I don't think, so you're likely going to need to grab a program like FRAPS, or simply press prntscreen and paste into a program like paint.
Or download a converter.

Here you go:

1. Install Irfanview (click on that link, then click on the "download" link, and download the version for windows)

2. Open the screenshot in your \screenshots folder in Irfanview, and then go to "File" --> "Save" and save it as a .JPG in a new folder on your desktop called "Screenies" or something.

3. Open said Photobucket / image site and browse to the folder we made in Step 2.

4. Upload, post link, DONE!
