I noticed a few of you have been doing something that's so clearly an exploit that I am amazed you didn't see a reason to report it to me, but used it to gain levels instead (well, one of you did report it).
It involves spawning resources with a merchant, refining them, and selling them to the system again. For example: you collect a lump or iron ore, buy 1000 pieces and refine them in one go. That's a lot XP for a little price.
If you fall in this category you do the following: you contact a DM, let him/her take the levels you gained, and ask him to post your name in the DM forum. In a day or two I am going to compare that list with the currently very incomplete list of people whom I know to have done this.
There are two possible results of this exercise:
1. Everybody on my current list has been dealt with, and I won't bother wasting my time on a thorough examination of the log files. I'll not bear a grudge to people gaining levels through this, it's also my fault of adding this without thinking about the consequences.
2. There are people on my shortlist who haven't come forward. Then I will look at the rest of the logs, and people that I catch will be deleveled and banned for a month.
I am rather pissed off about this, btw. I try to make something people can enjoy, not something that forces me to play a cop.

After hearing exactly how this exploitation works, I am highly disappointed in those we've found who did it. It is beyond all rational thinking an exploit.
By the way, has anyone seen my moral high ground anywhere? I've either totally misplaced it, or I donated it to the RNC.

I think it was fixed or something, as I was renaming my clothing line it said I only get xp after sometime of cool down. Dont remember the numbers now. I didnt care because she is lvl 30 already and I continued to do what I was there to do, but, I guess it is fixed.

Simple: a few jobs can potentially do a task many times a minute. For example naming items. That would be a bit too tasty, so I put the cooldown time on the XP reward thinghy. In short: you can name as many items you want within two minutes, but you only get XP once. You should wait two minutes between each naming action if you want a lot of XP.
