I know it's probably posted somewhere obvious, but I can't find it :[ I tried direct connecting to 64.25.87.18.5121, but it just says "searching for game" or whatever.

64.25.87.18:5121
5121 is the port number, therefore you need to put ":" before it, instead of the "." you had
