On the feat description, it says you need WF to get Dev Crit, yet I've discovered offline you don't need this.
Is this also true in Amia, and is it considered an exploit?

it's kind of like being able to get epic skill focus without the skill focus. Just ignore it.
It's not like you're not going to take the WF feats anyway, if you're a dever you need all the AB you can get regardless.

If it's listed in nwn.wikia.com, you're fine. It's well known that the NWN Descriptions are made of -tons- of errors.
