I log in on my account, do everything like normal and I come in paralyzed, or with the paralyzed aura around me and I can't move. then I come in again and the same thing happens. I even switched characters. same results.

Create a new character and get in touch with a DM to authorise your account (although I hear they can do it remotely now).

Either way, you need to contact a DM.
