I hear the house was broken into.

Breaking someones door down because they arent seen in a day or two is a bit over the top. To do so without sending me a pm is something i find saddening.

When players posted in the story thread about breaking into the house, is it unusual to hope i might get a pm so i know somethings hapening?

Heres why

If samael was present, or someone else with a legitimate reason to smash rens door down, then thats completely cool. If someone tried to scry rens dead body, it would of course fail, you cant scry the dead.

If someone scried perin, i hope they asked the player as he requested.

If samaels or perins player were present and i wasnt contacted i am saddened. If the door was broken in without contacting any of the involved players, i am *inclined to call meta because i cant see an ic reason why someone would take action other than responding to a pc story post*

I may not have valid reasons to feel such. but i'd like to be contacted. So If someone can at least retroactively fill me in i would really appreciate it.

Apologies for being upset. But as renais cant be raised without me logging in, i hoped someone would consider allowing me to be present before moving things along. If that is true *and* metagaming was involved i'll be rather upset, if its just one or the other thats perfectly fine.

I'll add that i would have let the house be opened as early as i could log on (and would have made sure i logged in asap if someone said they had an ic reason to go in) and yes, i did have some more rp that would have been very cool if i had been allowed to notify some other other players involved so why could be part of it.

I know im posting all over the place, but i simply couldnt find an ic way to say this and ooc chatter should stay on general.

I'd suggest PMing a DM as Camthrax said ... there's a rule about specific incidences on the forum.

Feel free to close or remove this thread. Pming a dm would work if i knew which dms were involved. It sounds like dms *are* involved and in such a case i am perfectly sweetly happy!

My only concern was if i would be in a situation where i'd need to be online when im unable to be. and im cool with doing that if theres ic reasons but if there was that and a causality breach it'd be really hard to roleplay around.

Like i said, feel free to close the thread.
