I've sent a few PMs this week and almost 60% of the time I had problems previewing them..
When I hit "preview", I am referred back to my inbox and the original PM is lost. The same thing has happened when attempting to preview a post. Is that common?
Also, when posting : Sometimes, when I hit "submit" I get the following message : "No post mode specified".
I had to try about 3 times for the post to be sent successfully.
I am using Firefox v3.6 beta5.
Have you experienced the same problems, or is it because I'm using the beta?

The PM system is fairly buggy, and I've had a couple of those problems before, so I always type into notepad and the alt-tab and paste the message in.

I had issues with Mozilla so I switched to Chrome, been fine since.

Chrome is Google's web browser

Chrome is awesome, especially if you like minimalist browsers. It's java and HTML5, are amazing. IE8 and Firefox feel like pigs in comparison. Whats even more awesome is SRware's Iron, which is Chrome with all of the google tomfoolery nixed out, with an adblocker.

SRWare offers a simple .ini file for download that blacklists tons of known ad hosts.

Follow this link to view the file on SRWare's website. Select all the text, copy it, and paste it into Iron's existing adblock.ini file. It's likely stored in C:\Program Files\SRWare Iron\ on your computer.

I've tried previewing with IE and it worked fine.
About the posting, I'm not really going to spam mindlessly to see if any problems pop up :-p
I guess your question can be better answered from players who already use IE.
From your replies so far, I guess it's just ma firefox...

I have a guess (due to the nature of a PM I got once) that this happens when the PM is still showing in the Outbox of the Sender and s/he for some reason regretted writing and either edited the PM or simply deleted it, thinking it was not read yet.

I have no way to prove that. It is only an educated (I think) guess.

Also editing PM's can cause them to stall out.

Check out my sig, yo. Chrome is a glutton, and I've done plenty of memory comparisons.
