First of all, to whoever this might concern, I am not entirely sure this post belongs to this section, yet it seemed the most fitting one.

Recently, I started experiencing issues when trying to upload avatars. I made sure all the ones I tried were under the maximum size, under the maximum pixel dimensions, as well as in jpg or gif, both tagged as permitted according to the uploading message.

Yet, none of my avatars seem to be accepted, even when they fullfill the criteras. Any idea where the problem might be? My machine perhaps?

Try using a program like photoshop, and when you select the picture use the "Direct link" option both copying it from photobucket and on the forum. I know it's screwey but I also know that's a fix.

So, direct linkage.

On the forum, select "Link to an offsite avatar" and it should work that way no matter the size.

I believe the "upload" options been kaput for awhile, so you need to use the link to an offsite avatar option. That should solve the problem.

Yeah, Link to Offsite Avatar is the only one that works. Be careful not to put it in 'Upload Offsite Avatar', since that one doesn't work either.
