Is this feature active? If so is there a certain way to enter the PCkey cause it's rejecting mine entered from a screenie right from guy Daniel |

I am experiencing a similiar problem, but I feel that I may also be entering it in wrong somehow so havent brought it up until now. |

You need to enter the Neverwinter account name exactly, and the PCKey, including capital letters and the underscore (that worked for me). |

There are two boxes to enter it in. What side did you put the under score and there is no place to enter a username on that page. EDIT NM. Got it. At Disco: Might want to label the input boxes Account Name and PCkey respectively. |

Ah I see, I was entering the first part of the key in the first box, ala how CD-keys are entered when installing games. |

Ahh, yes. That's the most common issue. Player account in the first box, entire PCkey in the second. |

I did that the first time as well. AFAIK the labels appear in the box when you initially go to the page but I think they disappear if you do anything, so if you weren't paying attention the labels are gone by the time you're ready to enter the info. |
