What are the possible reprecussions/rewards for a character who wishes to vandalize an idol of a Diety that his God despises?

Depends on the deity, location, what was done, if there are clerics around, how prominent the idol is, etc etc etc.

That said, knowing your location and knowing what you're doing, I don't think your deity so offended has time to make a direct rebuttal against you for it.

Diety- Hoar
Diety to Offend- Anhur (remember the other 7 mulhorand are there as well)

Plan- He stole Ramman's portfolio, cutting off the idol's hand.

It depends on a lot of variables really. Sometimes something happens and sometimes nothing does. Most of the time its in the hands of dms.

Aye what I/we did last night seemed a bit forced. Thought it would fit great into my character's rp to do it. Kind of like fulfilling the CoT of Hoar thing.

A while ago I was told you couldn't destroy idols if there where no others present on the servers. But you can move them about tough.

A DM event by Gers

Click the link.
It's a fine example that it's "Possible", with some DM Intervention.

Question btw
Does DMs have the power to change the Server Environment Permanently?
Because during that event, I dunno what happened, but Either the Designers were fast as the devil or Gers made permanent Changes to the server during the event.

Because two-three resets later, it was still destroyed.

In opposite of the question above what about fixing Idols? Kimoth is an Akadian worshipper and knows where the idol is but when I last went there on him the whole thing was covered in boulders. If I RP enough in a DMs pressence pushing the boulders away etc. Will that help recover my idol? : /

You can have new idols for new gods crafted, so I don't see why fixing it couldn't be done.

do you mean....steal and swap the attributes of the gods by hammering a rock off their unique yet, stone made, statues ?

???

also two questions, wakueen, couldn't be in a harder spot compared to the rest to "vandalise", and tempus, for those that know (probably already doing something about it) repair or move the temple?
