Just wondering, how do you add skirts to buyable enchanted armors? I've seen people walking around in em. .
Sleeves, well - I swear, there was a rather nice bicep model that had a slight lacey texture to it.
Are these under the job system?

They are not available via crafting system but only in the Cordorian Tailor Shop.

Yup, what Krauty said. You can only buy them, they're not available in the craft menu. However you can change color once you do.

The mini-skirts can also be made with the Tailor job system.

Why am I not one bit suprised to learn that you have perfect knowledge about how to make skirts. I imagine its part of the standard issue necromancer gear.
