Alright I read that a PM can have new touch attacks from NPC, does this mean that I need a DM to RP a NPC or like some bard songs or monk attacks, they are out there.. I just need to find out where? Also I would be interested to know what would be the possibility of having rp quest to gain each individual touch? Thank you. |

Yes, please ask IC/IG. All I can tell you is it's given by NPC, not a DM given widget. |

Wasn't trying to get the knowledge who gives it. Just wanted to know whether or not DM is required for this. The question was: Are they NPC's or are they NPC's who need DM control. Just for clarification. However, thank you for answers and thank you for not spoiling the search for me.
