It says in the description that you can modify them to look like a shortspear (The top part can be changed to a spear-type model).
How'd you go about this? I've cycled through the models in the craft menu, was wondering if their's a special way.

It's part of the job system. A Weaponsmith makes lots of funky looking weapons that can't normally be crafted via the menu. Including these.
