Take these issues to a DM if need be. No need to make two posts. We don't speak about these things on public forums, as it leads to hurt feelings and flaming.

Um... take it to a DM, if you don't like a player and you can't resolve the issue with them I suppose you could always avoid them? The server is big enough...

Just so happens my area of operating lies closely with these people. I'm not interested to move to non-populated areas just to avoid some. I'm merely asking my possibilities of acting towards them ICly.
