I would assume because you can spam shifter spells, and dispell is gnarly if used right. just a guess however. |

well dispel magic becomes pretty useless at some point, when enemy CL exceeds the maximum possible roll with dispelling. |

It was removed because it didn't fit the theme of what the new rakshasa was made to be - look at the three spells it does receive and there's an obvious theme to it. ps: Tormak did pretty much all the shifter stuff. |
