// Thursday is not a particularly good day for me unless it is late gmt -5. Wednesday would be better. |

//What definition of late do you folks have for Thursday? I got an opening shift Friday morning, so I must be off by 11PM EST (-4GMT). No exceptions. A 7-9PM EST start time Thursday would work for me, though. We should not need more than two hours, I hope. |

//Thursdays and Fridays for me are shot. Saturdays I am busy after 8pm for my Draconic plot. Sundays I am free all day, Monday-Wednesday are good after 6:30pm CST. Due to whacky play times and such, can we do this on the forums? May take time, but at least we can all have our says, despite schedule/time zone issues. |

//Work Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. So depending the time if I'ld be free. Though I am beginning to see it might be best to have two separate meetings and then from those meetings compare and contrast what was discussed via forms, just a suggestion and observation. If not I'm more then patient to wait for all of us to be together. |

// Put me down as 'able to do it whenever' for whatever you guys decide to do. With my schedule suddenly open to anything, I can make any time as long as I have some notice. I can't play much right now, but I still essentially have an open schedule. |

//Alright, so it seems Monday and Tuesday conflict. How would Wednesday evening (I work until 4pm EST) or Thursday work for folks? If we can't hammer this out by the end of the week, we'll just meet with whomever can make it in-game, and allow any who can't to weigh in on the forums through correspondence or some-such. The show must go on, and all. |

How were we supposed to know such a small handful of people would be impossible to get together?! *flail!* Anyway, yeah. Let's just get as many as we can together, and then have everyone else chip in afterward. Seems to work well enough for other situations. |

Yup. Mosh cut the post in half as we had broken down into trying to figure out a time and didn't fake some IC cover reason for every communiqué as to our free times. Pretty much took the OOC out of the IC forum. |

As much as I'd rather this stay in-game, we've beaten our heads against the wall for over a week now trying to come up with a time to accommodate everyone. So, I've made a doodle schedule thinger. If we can't come up with something by Saturday, we will conduct the meeting via forums so we can at least get things rolling, as much as I hate the idea of doing it on the forums. http://www.doodle.com/k2agb4pehspic2ah#table |

Fridays are and will for the foreseeable future be the only night of the week where I am unable to get in game. It is the only night my PnP group meets. If that is the date this will be on from here on out then I will simply have Eli step down. I'd rather not, but if it can't be helped, it can't be and I refuse to compromise RL for a computer game. Furthermore, if we continue to do things on days we all cannot be in game, it will be too hard to truly have all of us with an actual say if things aren't purely on the boards as things like votes and points within each general topic are so far being left out of the IC posts. Take for instance this past meeting. Would have been better to have a full house especially for meeting one and the voting that took place there in, not to mention it would have been nice to have been included in actual decision making after it was decided the board required no Provost. |
