A friend of mine always receives "You have been booted" message every time he tries to log in to Amia, while he certainly had no such problems yesterday. That means he was banned or something? If so, can you tell me for what and for how long? I am asking on his behalf cause he's not very good in English.

He has a character with different CD key on the same account, but it seems he can't login with it as well.
