ICly, my cleric epic level Cleric would like to rebuild the temple of Urdlen, i revisited it today to see the damage to find surprisingly that there isnt much damage inside the temple just two collaseped tunnels, Alot of Cobwebs, and those pesky gnomes (that as a cleric of Urdlen my character loves killing). Heres why i post this topic, OOCly im not sure how to begin. im pretty sure id need some stone Masons to rebuild the temple entrance to my liking and fixed the downed tunnels (or technically as an earth cleric i would get the PnP spell Stone Shape and Soften Earth and can do it myself using the debris from the collaseped tunnel). and id probably try to convince some NPC trader to send an underling to merchant the temple. but after that im not sure where exactly id go, i mean i took screenies of the area, and i have ideas of what id like. but im not sure RPly how to proceed. any reccomendations?

You better speak with a DM regarding that. You can hardly find PCs or NPCs who would help rebuilding or renovating that temple, knowing it's history and the past DM event about the great moles. But you may be able to convince a DM who can help you to initiate communication with the gnomes who are following Urdlen.

I'm not 100% certain what the old DM plot was about, I heard the was defiantly some bad juju in real life and in the game over it. My cleric is chaotic, but nuetral (with the exception of blood lust versus gnomes). I don't think he'd have problems with the Druids (he actually like the Druids because they are kind to the earth) as long as they don't outright interfere, which seeing as Druids by definition are nuetral wouldn't really follow character if they did.

It never was a temple of Urdlen. They just infested it after the temple was destroyed. The Temple actually was a temple of Malar.

if he follows urdlen, then most druids, all aligned with silvanus anyway...would probably..atleast in my experience, hunt you down and butcher you, druids are at open war with the lords of fury by dogmatic law, and urdlen makes the gods of fury look like a peaceful bunch of treehuggers...the war showed as much, the white mole will be butchered if it rears its head regardless..the elves, the gnomes, the paladins, a ton of adventures..and the druids..will destroy it if a temple to urdlen was build.

Ps, druids arnt the definition of neutrality, they are the wrath and voice of nature, and while nature might appear neutral, nature is nature, and the enemies of nature are well defined I think

If you want the temple put in the IC legwork and be comfy knowing you might fail. But completing difficult tasks, even ones that seem impossible, are what makes characters epic! I say go for it, but send your progress to a DM (me, if you like) via PMs not up on the forums for all to see. :p

talk with malandria about getting the grove involved in the rp, you cant hide things from them in the are, druids patrol that part of the forest too

Haha thanks for the boost of confidence, i mean this topic was never a question on "if it can be done" it was How to do it. Sal always had the intent to inform the grove for means of "friendly Neighbors"

Yes.

The majority of characters I play (in ANY MMO) are evil. The domains for Urdlen are right in my wheelhouse. I just have ONE hang-up:
