Missing cloaks

I used search but couldn't find anything so link me if this is a repost.
I cannot see any cloaks on female models.
Anyone know why this is or if they have a way to fix it, that'd be great.

If you have ACP active it can bork female models.

I would first try deleting all of your haks and reinstalling them.

That,

or try actually installing the ACP's, and reequipping the cloak. Might have something to do with it. Or try checking the ACP option on your rest menu is set to General.
