I can't figure out why Amia A appears offline to me but Amia B doesn't.
Anybody have any suggestions?

Have you tried direct connecting? Failing that, have you lost connection and crashed? If so, try taking out your Ethernet a moment (Long enough for the connection on your toolbar to show you haven't got an internet connection) and then plug it back in, if you're wireless, reset your connection on whatever you are picking the signal up from (Don't reset the router, prob takes longer), or disconnect and reconnect to the network.

If it still doesn't show up make sure you've quitted and started the game again, if that fails maybe restart your PC.
