I know this is probably posted somewhere else in the forums, but i'm failing to find it if there is.
Question: In Amia, do bards incur the arcane spell failure while wearing light armor (as per 3.0 rules) or not (as per 3.5)?
Thanks, J

They do, as per a limitation of NWN mechanics, however there are a number of bardic armors availible from certain shops fairly readily that are light and have the - arcane spell failure % property, which negates the arcane spell failure of non-cloth armors either partially or fully, depending on the armor and the magnitude of the property.

Ok, thanks for the info. I guess i'll have to explore a bit to find one of those shops

Thank you for the kind answers, but i actually postponed my bard and started a wizard instead so not much point on finding the aforementioned light armor now.
Regards, J

Don't be silly. The whole point to ask in game not only promotes player to player interaction, it's IC and not metagamed information from people on the forum - and I'm quite sure that's what Amia strives to have, more player to player interaction and no meta gaming.

Actually today while trying to find IC answers to my "where's the explorer trainer" question, i was harassed, called a midget, offered a doubious tour of the wilds by some shady character, called a beggar, etc etc. So yes, I'm already having a nice player interaction experience
