Go to Options -> Game Options -> set screen resolution that is actually higher than 300x200.

Glad I could help.

EDIT: Also, you attempted to attack a SIGN and missed it.

Assuming you mean the big white squares. Its a bad hak load usually fixable by completely exiting the game and restarting.

Same problems still - (And yes, that sign was elusive!)

White rectangles should be temporary. I have them myself like half of the time. Simple relog or two should help.

Those usually happen with custom "non-native" models added via haks if you relog, or server restarts and you relog without quitting the game and restarting it first. Restarting NWN should solve the problem, as it was mentioned above.

Kinda restarted NWN like 10 times now =(

Edit - And don't tell me to reinstall. I "Just" installed the game for the third time. I've used three different downloads.

Try to redownload hack packs then. Since they could be damaged if the problem persists. You can also try unpacking them and just put what's inside into your override folder. Though it better do as last resort only, if nothing else helps.

I don't know much about the mechanics, but if it is a hak issue like they say, and you reccently reinstalled, are you sure the haks loaded correctly?

Well, No idea actually.
Re-downloaded the haks and it's the same problem.

Updated your drivers recently? Nvidia?

Nvidia released drivers with the version 330 a few days back, those are defect and caused that issue for me. Update again to 331 and it'll be fixed. If it aint that, then I don't know.

Right bottom corner, little nvidia icon, right click -> check for updates.

Problem persists, sadly.

The only 'Flaw' i can see is that i cannot update the Nvida graphic card, which is weird. I just get an error message.
Going to delve deeper into that

Svensk, I have this problem often. I do not play the game in windows mode. It happens to me when I try to go to my desktop during a reset/crash. I have found the solution to be exiting the game and restarting.

I get the white squares occasionally for my heal potions. Not all the time, but occasionally.
