I'm pretty darn certain that actually no they can't. The way we do custom portraits for PCs is through direct access to the character file itself, but when IG (for things like Familiars) we're limited to those which actually have a corresponding number in the game files. |

We were told otherwise and had even submitted pictures for custom stuff. We just never asked for them to be put in because of relationship stuff. |
