I handle small things with it on occasion, but I don't think we have set DM that handle the place on a permanent basis.

Most DM's feel pretty comfortable manning the Salandrans, as we've developed the lore behind it in the first place! If you encounter a Dm that isn't okay with managing its higher-ranked NPC's, your best route would be to send a number of PM's to a bunch of us, detailing your planned interactions! We'll sort all the deets out among ourselves that way.

But if you're looking for spontaneous interactions, I would suggest BoB and Ego. Or myself, when I climb back into a more regular schedule.
