As we all know the fact that the underdark has always been up and down for years, I decided to start a new house.
The qu'ellar is not located in the city called Nec'perya and has no link to it.
The idea is simple as to gather any races from the ud to form a strong house and cause heavy mayhems by destroying precise targets, slavery, do politics, create fun events with players/dms...
The faction would function differently as common drow etiquette... The drows would be higher than any other races within the faction, ranks would be instored to prevent slavery and dictatorship against members.
PS:Heavy Drow politics won't be the focus here, would be rather focused on Surface rp/pvp. The house has no linkage to the dead house Alean'ndar that was from ultrinnan.
