Hiya. Further to Letum's latest post and Glim's comments I thought I'd start a discussion with regards to developing an easily parsed and efficient format for entering suggestions (since forms/process work is a big part of my employment currently).
Off the top of my head I'd say something to go forwards with could be as simple as:
There can then be a follow up once the suggestion has been mulled over and appropriately done, an After-Action-Report.
I hope this is helpful and I welcome suggestions and comments. I hope we can get a decent discussion going (and if people are content with it, I'll repost this onto the IA forum hoho!)

Cool cool cool. I definitely think a more objective oriented approach can move the IA forum away from being a talkingshop/battleground. I hope it means that instead IA can be thought of as akin to a suggestion box from the players, as well as a venue to air solutions to topical issues with a degree of consensus by players and the team alike. Both of these styles of advocacy and suggestion can be put into the format we have here, and I think that this justifies formalising the format. I hope that it is helpful that the format is somewhat similar to the existing request format though with more emphasis on clarity and brevity.
