Heyo everyone! This is a follow-up poll based on the results of the last. Now that we have passed the first stage of democracy, I'll get down to the nitty gritty. It seems that an overwhelming majority was for these server events in general, and the bigger majority was for an event every two weeks. The people have spoken, and so it shall be! This next questionnaire will be for the time slot negotiations.

For the sake of explanation, I will refer to the allotted event weeks as Week 1 & Week 3 (The first and then third week of each month, as per the 'every two weeks' majority)

Poll 2: Scheduling of Dates for Each Month

To explain the choices in more detail:

Choice 1 - Uniform date/time each week

• This is meant to say that we choose a specific date/time to be held across both sessions each month
• The time will be decided based on majority voting and time slot availability for most of the server
• The time will not change across weeks or months; it will remain this date and time for as long as the plot lasts
  
  (i.e, Week 1 & Week 3 of every month = Sat/3 PM EST)

Choice 2 - Interchanging date/time each week

• This is meant to say that we choose two independent dates/times for each session of every month
• The time will be decided based on majority voting and time slot availability for most of the server
• The time will not change across months; it will remain these two dates and times for as long as the plot lasts
  
  (i.e, Week 1 = Sat/3 PM EST; Week 3 = Wednesday/8 PM EST)

Choice 3 - Flexible Uniform date/time each week

• This is meant to say that we choose a different date/time each month to be held over both sessions
• This functions much like Choice 1, except the allotted date/time for both sessions will change with each new month
• The time will be decided based on majority voting and time slot availability for most of the server
• The time is subject to change each month; it will not remain the same date and time throughout the plot
  
  (i.e, Month 1: Week 1 & Week 3 = Sat/3 PM EST ; Month 2: Week 1 & Week 3 = Wed/8 PM EST)

Choice 4 - Flexible Interchanging date/time each week

• This is meant to say that we choose two independent dates/times to be held each session each month
