Hey guys! I've just recently found this awesome things called Amia Wiki... Well, I'd like to know if there is someone who is interested in this, so we could Revive it.

I am not the best Lore-keeper or such, but I'd love to encourage anyone who's interested in this to step forward! Amia Wiki deserves to be actual, because... It's cool to have your character on 'actual wiki', right?

With a little bit of support, this could actually be a great page once again. A few extra hands might be necessary to get it up and on it's feet, but I'd be willing to give it a helping push~

I tend to do small and irregular updates but I am definitely a fan of such an effort.

The wiki is player maintained. It is not considered as an official source of lore and information but since it is player maintained, you are free to add whatever you want.

While it is not an official source of lore, it has its redeeming features however.
Personally I find the deity entries its greatest treasure. It's a large collection of d&d version 3.5 lore which is becoming harder to find in pure form on the Internet without having to dive in sourcebooks. As such I'd advice everyone willing to contribute to be prudent about their sources.

What I would like to see improved most are the geography entries.

Degaii is right - even when it is not official, it should work like it 'is' ... I know that I've had a lot of problems, regarding requests or PnP spells, etc. with 3.5 lore ...

And I know, that it is not oficial, but player maintained - that's why I am looking for people who are interested in reviving it...

I'm still the Amiawiki admin. As you can see, not much has been done with it in quite some time, and I'm not active on Amia any more. I keep telling myself I'll come back, someday, but...

If someone wants to volunteer as an admin, send me a PM telling me why I should pick you - how long you've been on Amia, what characters you've played, if you've been involved with the server as a DM/Dev, whether or not I know you, whether or not you have wiki skillz, etc.

Since I'm not checking in regularly, it might take me a week or two to get back to you.

I'll initially change those pages that are no longer up to date and will then hope to expand on the existing content before creating new entries. The goal is to make the wiki be the number one reference point for Amian lore and general Forgotten Realms 3.5 content.

Any that feel the calling to contribute, do let me know so that we can collaborate together for greater effect.

Nah, goes down every now and then. Shatuga usually picks up when it is down and fixes it up eventually.

Please poke me if this happens so I can send an email directly. Failing that, send Shatuga a forum PM and post in this thread that you did so - I think Shatuga may still get notice of PMs but I don't want ten people sending them. In any case, it's working now.
