So my Toon has Charisma Gear, Appraisal gear and receives 19% discount, but every time i sell something, 81 gold pieces are taken from me. Is this a glitch that needs fixing?

Hrmmm...think i made a booboo, 81 gp, it might be me paying to identify the gear, my bad.

81 gold for appraisal is really cheap and a direct result of your high appraise score, though for the record Appraise is INT based.
