The document is written in flowery ostentatious script and neatly rolled as a library scroll would be. She lightly places the document onto the Yath’taller desk and pauses a moment looking at it with a coy grin, before whirling around and wafting out of the room with self assured steps.

As per your request Yath’taller Elvinna'dris. The detailed explanation of the prayer known as, Zin’Carla.

Zin’Carla, “Spirit Wraith” in the under common language is a prayer of the seventh tier of power, within the necromantic school of prayers. This prayer is normally only granted to Yath of our Dread Queen, who show enough dedication and loyalty to be granted the extended Yath powers to join the ranks of The Arachne. The Arachne are powerful Yath. The greatest of which can assume the shape of a handmaiden of our Dread Queen. The Yochlol. Though normal Yath’taller or above have been known to attempt this prayer, depending on our Dread Queens favour.

Our Dread Queen only grants the Zin’Carla for specific tasks, which may never be "purely" to work revenge or bring harm on other drow. Failure brings the disfavour of our Dread Queen. The prayer gives the dead life, if one would call it that. It is a more advanced form of reanimation, where the reanimated corpse is not simply a mindless zombie but retains all of the abilities, skills and capabilities it had while it was alive.

The corpse is bound to do a single task, chosen by the Yath that reanimates it and approved by our Dread Queen herself. To give the corpse the abilities it had whilst it was alive, the spirit of the person who the corpse belonged to in life is caused to inhabit the body, but it is given little control over the corpses actions beyond the use of its abilities.

Because our Dread Queen must personnaly aproove the reanimation it is a dangerous prayer to use for one must call on our Dread queen to personnaly attend the ceremony. As such many sacrifices must be made in the ceremonies procedure.. If Our Dread Queen does naut aproove.. The Yath who called our Dread Queen forth is usually taken aswell as the other sacrifices, or at the very least turned into a drider.

The ceremony itself begins with the usual prayers and blessings to cleanse the room for the purpose of the ritual. Then the corpse brought in that is to be reanimated, prepared and blessed. Then the Yath that leads the ritual must call on our Dread Queens favour to grace the ritual with her personnal prescence.. Then the petition as to the reason is made to our Dread Queen, after the giving of the sacrifices. As long as our Dread Queen answers. It is Our Dread Queen herself that says yes or no to the continuation of the ritual. If yes then the ritual to reanimate the corpse may proceed as the Zin'Carla is called forth to inhabit the body and Our Dread Queen gives the Zin'carla ritual her personnal and dark blessing.

The writings on how the ritual proceeds from start to finish do differ from Arach'tinilith to Arach'tinilith but only with subtle and slight differences like, for example, the exact wordings of the dark cleansing blessings and such at the beginning and the exact wordings at certain points within the ritual and there are too many differences of such to list them all here, and being a mere Yath'abban i believe it would naut be my place or necassery to advise a Yath'taller as to the exact wordings of said ritual especially within a document you asked to be left, unatended, on your desk as you had commanded.

An example of Zin’Carla exists in history, when a certain Zaknefein Do’Urden was reanimated in 1338 in this way. Other examples exist but that one was particularly famous.
