A shadow returned to L'obsul to check on something she had witnessed earlier in the day. She moved through the caverns on silent steps and worked her way down into the mines. She froze when she happened upon what she was looking for and bidded her time; though several points on her teeth were smaller by the time her chance came. When the Matron rounded a corner she spoke quickly without preamble. The sound of a potion bottle hitting the ground was followed by the tinkling of shattered glass. In a matter of seconds the jaluk was grabbed with surprisingly strong hands and dragged through a portal. Moments later a Shade Lord returned to the tradehouse and placed a note prominently on the notice board. It is written in drowish, with an artistic hand.

Notice wrote:
Il'haress Alean'ndar,

The next time you touch what belongs to me without my permission, your entrails, and those of any that come to your aid, will decorate the walls of this pit.

The matron Alean'ndar red the notice and just shook a head. She asked the commoners at the tradehouse if they seen anything the last hours around the noticeboard. The innkeeper whispered "It was a shade, something we see rarely around here honored matron."
''A shade . . . That is all?" She sighed.
She moved back to her place where she examined the notice a long moment.

Assuming the notice was not taken down, a certain mage known to frequent L'Obsul would stop by to read the notice, chuckling to himself as he moved on.
