*A dozen notices written by the hand of the first daughter of the first house are placed in key locations across the city for the populace to read. The words of the recently returned priestess themselves may easily ruffle a few feathers.* Within the next cycles, I encourage the members of the aristrocacy, as well as the prominence of the divine, arcane, martial and mercantile castes to seek me out to speak of their concerns and visions. It is my intent to re-awaken Nec'perya's striving towards wealth, power and influence. An intent I shall be pursuing tenaciously. The ambitious and dedicated shall be rewarded for the services of our faith and community. While I encourage the servants of the city who have brought us this far to once more gather in force, those who chose to shun the calling will need to accept the ways of our kin and find themselves in loss of the achieved power and prestige of their personal stations in our social order. One person in particular notices the postings, deigning to offer a few moments to look one over.
