Deimos sits at a table just outside the Speakers and Captains rooms. He speaks aloud, to many it would seem to himself even. "Stop me if I have interrupted you." He waits a moment. However, he continues, "I wish to help keep you above the sand. As well, offer you a Council to help raise you further." He stands from the chair, becoming obviously comfortable speaking to the Living City as he begins to passe, "I have met a few interested in this idea, and I will search further into what each can and will bring to aid you! "I have started research on the portal in Darkhold, holding a tare to the negative energy plane open. If I or someone here can complete this. . .we could open a rip here and keep it open. If this will help you?" He passes a little longer, then sits once more hoping for something. Anything.

Taking notes on any information of interest, be it the smallest thing. He also searches for knowledge that might be used as a bargaining chip later. "I will need to study the rune itself at some point" He says to himself before setting all focus into the Tome of Mystra
