Notably a tall, red, diabolic Tiefling Woman, light and nimble of build but carrying herself with a genteel confidence and aegis of swagger like a thick full plate, has been prowling Tarkuul.

Like most newcomers she spends most of her time in the dark halls of Tarkuul's library, scouring tomes with a taxed and disappointed half-frown. It is clear pouring over books is not her thing, so what she is seeking must be important to her. She tosses necromantic 'how-to's aside, only to amass a small collection of books regarding Devils and Hell.

If someone was to be in the library as well, she would likely saunter over, clutching her copy of Draco Bloodcloak's A Guide to the Hells, tap that person on the shoulder and ask all they knew about Devils - Particularly the subject of Asmodeus, Pit Fiends, and the author of that book.

Mania Jebalat, a regular of one such city might have her shoulder tapped... She would surely make some revelations on the subjects the lady tiefling asked on, though it is evident that Mania did not divulge all she knew.

The Tiefling's visits have become more and more infrequent, it is no longer a reliable assumption that she can be found there.
