It would seem that a very oddly dressed fellow would be seen perusing the library of Tarkuul. He kept to himself, not speaking to anyone and merely muttering under his breath every now and then. Up and down the rows of books he went, the eyes behind his goggled helm seeking anything that would be akin to what knowledge he sought. It did not matter how long it took, he stayed until finished, though his pace was quick. Leaving without doing more than casually glancing through a book now and then, he posted something on the notice boards.
Looking for a list, preferably detailed, of Kohlingen's laws. Leave replies here.

Something else is added to the note, almost haphazardly underneath.
Details on their 'justice' system would be nice, too.

Little in the way of written laws of the Holy City would be found within Tarkuul's library. It would seem that the seeker will have to hope that someone provides the information, or else seek elsewhere.
