Advisory Notice
The Red Hand
To residents and visitors of the Living City

Recently a new group, possibly monastic by nature, has come into prominence in this region. They are called the Red Hand and their members can be identified by their black and red clothing. It has been confirmed they seek to kill users of the Weave in accordance to their doctrine, they have also been sighted in the Living City trailing its inhabitants.

They have not violated any of the Five Laws and thus they are not barred from the City, but all residents and visitors are advised to take heed and any necessary precautions when leaving the City for their own safety as well as when travelling outside the City.

Should they cause trouble within City limits, alert any nearby Guardsmen or send a missive to the Guard Office.

In service of the Living City
Captain Sicarius

A pale haired, sand-dusted ascetic digests the notice between hours-long sessions of digging, his hands wrapped around an extremely large sandwich fully loaded with multiple varieties of meat and vegetables, but no cheese. "Hm!" He mumbles past the salami, his chin waggling mightly as he chews. "Hmm."
