Dearest Council members,
Hello! My name is Cerridwyn Adonyd and I'd like to apply for citizenship. I arrived in Cordor a few years past and I've grown to love the city very, very much. As a bard, I made my first fortune in the East district as well as my first and still dearest friends.
My record is near spotless. I say -near- because I once mouthed off at a guard who was once content to stare at a dying woman and scream for a Cleric in lieu of taking her in to see Tristana. I'm sure he had his reasons. Terribly embarrassed I'd spoken out of turn. I believe his name was Toman? I've since apologized.
I'd also offered to write and perform a song for the guard but alas, those were quite troublesome times. The guard was worried about the content of whatever I'd come up with. This also was, and is, quite understood.
You'll find a donation to the Southern District in my name.
I'm quite positive miss Tarvencia and Bursar Warrick can vouch for my intentions, as well as miss Xaviera.

Miss Cerri,
Thank you for your interest in citizenship in the Commonwealth of Cordor. Please report to the Commonwealth Center in three days, at the beginning of the new tenday, at eight chimes of the morning hour for the opening of a three tenday-long nationalization course. Please bring any proof of property ownership or employment within the Commonwealth, and wear comfortable shoes. The day will be full of visiting the many districts of the Commonwealth of Cordor, visiting various monuments and places of public and private interest. At the end of the nationalization course, there will be an examination to determine your suitability for citizenship in the Commonwealth based upon your understanding of the Commonwealth's outlook on life and your civic responsibility to your fellow man.
