Around 200 hand outs are distributed by men dressed as the one below in the picture, they are delivered to citizens of Cordor in their homes (western, central, southern district), they also reach any human/elf/half-elf/dwarven adventurers. The Cordor Guard receives these notices, especially Sergeant Yance. People on the outskirts receive the message as well.

Exceptions:

They aren't delivered to halflings or any of the above that are casually seen around fiends/drow/wing/tail/horned persons. The Cordorian Adventuring Guard also doesn't receive any of these handouts.

Its come to our attention as it has come to your's that the conquest for our freedom under a tyrant was a fruitless attempt. Let it be reckoned that the current threat, that the Commonwealth must defend against, comes prepared with the finest of armors and darkest magics. This threat is one that doesn't strike against our forged walls, but will rend our innards as a form of entertainment. You must understand that this threat is now widely accepted under the adventuring populace, but no longer will it taint the soil that -you-, the people, are entitled to enjoy with your children, our children. There is a time to strike and defend our beloved lands though. This time comes with an opportunity to become more than what you currently are. This time is certainly the one that shall not be forgotten for an age, and Cordor shall be deemed a respectable power among the lands.

Nobility has fallen with the entrance of the fiends from the hells, as you can clearly note the childish maniacs are holding strong in their favor as we do not likely have the whole of Cordor in our defense as of this moment, but we ask you for the favor. We ask you to realize that you have people within your glorious gates that wish nothing more than death to anything that crosses their path. A demise far worse than anything you'll ever know is what is delivered to anyone that stands against them. Though we speak of horror when it comes in a confrontation against the fiends, we hold dear the congregation of men, woman, and children of Cordor. We ask you to stand up for your land and oust the very fiends that the Cordorian Council has considered. This step cannot be achieved by a mere four men, but by the whole of the people.

The sanctuary has been breached by a filth unknown to the world of men. Nowhere else in the realm has such a phenomena been witnessed, as the ones to witness it, are doomed. Listen to the priests holding their temples of worship secure. Listen to true wisdom as they do not preach standing aside, hand in hand, with a monstrosity from the hells! These are far worse than orcs and goblins. They aren't comparable to such meager creatures of habit, as these beasts see only one thing. One thing to lead many to their deaths, as to lead them to enslavement in their true homes. Their homes won't remain in the hells though. It will engulf our realm as they have decided to subtly strike Cordor alongside the beings that inhabit the under-realm.

The drow have taken the opportunity that the fallen tyrant of Cordor has offered them, and we alert you now, as you've probably seen, his offer for placement within our walls is open. All these damned beasts have to do is achieve a ring from the corrupted dictator of the Eilistraeen encampment that will assign the necessary spies and assassins within -our- borders. The associates of the drow see it necessary to impersonate our men and woman in order to implant a false stance in our position. You cannot stand alone in this battle, and it is striking out children first.

Three nights past this day, I see children armed with weapons fending off a half red dragon man attempting to bestow his views into the young on -equal rights- between the men and the fiends that are damned by the order of the Gods. When the children are taken, we'll lose more admirable men for our defenses. The abominations of this plague cannot be met through chaotic battle in the streets, but one divine word of a united people expressing justice to those who enslave and murder thousands at a time for mere entertainment.

Please do note that the indulgences of these fiends are that of murder and deceit. They won't stop until there is nothing left to kill or destroy. This burden cannot be sown to the backs of a handful of men, but together we may show them what dedication Cordor is made of, and we shall reign supreme over the damned. Voices are needed for this superb objective though. Those voices are to be your's, and we implore you to spread the word among more. We implore you to take some time to talk to others, weather it be small talk in a tavern or with your family over a nice meal of bread.

Remember, brothers and sisters, their fate lies on us, and letting them into our land is an unthinkable act of terror. Don't let this act of the past destroy our future through our children, as that is their goal. Don't stand aside and watch our lands burn. We are civilians just as yourselves, and we've had enough of this insanity. Stand alongside us and aid your city.

*Neruiln, upon recieving one of these notices, rips it up without even reading it and throws it away, already in a bad mood, he decided to leave the city and go somewhere people can't annoy him*

*Justin, if given one, would read about three lines and get bored, before giving it to the closest person next to him or throwing it away*
"Bleh... i have no time to be dealing with all this reading"

*Returns to standing around not doing anything but casting the occasional True seeing or Elemental resistance spell.*

*Ohcir' receives the notice and rereads it multiple times. With an approving nod of his head he passes oncoming flyers around. A shout for the removal of all monsters is heard. Begone to those winged, horned, absurdly colored, and tailed. Begone to those especially who are tiefling and genasi.*

"This was once a city of tolerance. *Spits upon the gravel floor of the Cordorian soil* Tolerance for freaks as we would have it. I see and say my friends. Only a monster would surround himself with monsters - As our former Duke was such a monster. He is gone now. We have "tolerated" from his city of "tolerance" only abominations and murderers! Heed this well, and take care to it's truth! *Shakes the flyer about madly* We loose our children and homes to these filth no longer!"

Ol'Bart reads the notice and sighs, quickly vacating the city and the non-sensical infections it breeds. His wandering lands him in the Dale, where he quickly signs on for a residency and seeks the captain of the guard he has such talk about.

Weston doesn't accept the notice offered to him given who it is trying to present it.

"Bah, I understand exactly what you represent without having to read another flyer around here. You don't seem to shut up about it already!"

And goes off in the bad mood that has been plaguing his mind that day.
