Attention people of the Amian Isles,

The Black Caravan, once again, has been subjected to a constant array of attacks against our organization; both direct and political, including attempts to tarnish our name by operating false Toll Regions or extortion of cities under our flag.

As such, the Black Caravan hereby declares the Horsemen of the Apocolypse an Enemy and will be eliminated with unrelenting force, unless certain terms are met to set their stance as Neutral to the Black Caravan without bloodshed.

i: A Public Apology to the Black Caravan for their actions.
ii: A Thirty Million Gold (30,000,000GP) Payout and voluntary transfer of the individuals directly responsible for the attacks to our hands.

Should further hostilities, threats, or violence continue; we will organize attempts to expedite the process and omit attempts at diplomacy.

So, mine plan worked perfectly.

Not only did mineself frame these fools for actions not their own... but then they confirm mine allegations with their own stupidity!

The terms presented have not been undertaken, nor have diplomatic measures been taken by this confirmed enemy of the Black Caravan.

As a result of this, the Black Caravan hereby publically proclaims that War has been confirmed; it is advised that those travelling through the Guldorand or Skull Crags region demonstrate significant caution. The Black Caravan will, as appropriate, operate to minimize and appropriately reimburse any collateral damage from this conflict.

Daniel snarls at the recent news. He knew the monks would keep a neutral stance, but it would not hurt to take precautions either way.

Renee probably was aware of those news already, but he would still take them to his wife so both could decide about what to do at least concerning their kid. Justin, their kid, could probably fight if necessary, but the cursed dragon was hoping that the Monastery would remain untouched just like most of Benwick Hollow was when the Black Caravan rose against the Kelemvorites.

"I will contact Mynna and see what is Guldorand's position concerning this situation."

That being decided, as soon as Daniel was done talking to Renee and Justin he would head to Guldorand.

The Black Caravan hereby revokes its prior threat, after engaging in profitable negotiation with a third party for the safety of the Guldorand and Skull Crags region.

The Black Caravan warns, however, that this cease-fire and withdraw of military action takes place on the sole condition that the Horsemen of the Apocolypse engage in no further hostile activity of any manner towards the Black Caravan or associated personnel under any circumstance.
