All proceeds from this auction shall be budgeted towards rebuilding and improving Southern Cordor.
Note: I have two specific blind numbers in mind, the first an amount for which I shall prematurely end the auction with the sale going to that bid, and the second for which I shall flat out refuse acceptance of such an inexorbitant bid.
Note 2: I reserve the right to refuse bids of any individual whom I have reason to believe is connected to criminal activities within Cordorian walls, or interests abroad from Cordor with ill intent for the Commonwealth.

A half-orc in Wiltun demanded seven million Cordorian Crowns for such a suit of clothing, although I think he was asking for a vast sum more than they are worth. Personally, I would judge their value anywhere from one million to three million gold. But you should seek out a practiced official, rather than go off my judgement.

The house of Osirant offers a further charitable donation of one hundred thousand gold pharoahs to bring the donation seperate from the auction to two hundred thousand pharoahs.
We furthermore accept the evaluation of one million five hundred thousand for the offered cloth, bringing our total payable to the South Cordor Impovement organisation to three million seven hundred thousand if we win the bidding on the item or two hundred thousand, plus services offered, if we do not

It seems that the owner of the Cloth does not wish at this time to trade it for such a perfect mythal. I offer gold and a wonderforged Katana, last valued at four hundred thousand, to make the three million five hundred thousand offered for the Mythal.
If this is unnacceptable it seems i must needs withdraw from the bidding.
