If you're reading this, you must be at least a respectable follower of the Goddess of Pain, Her Holiness, Loviatar. This Shrine is one of the most ornate of hers that I have seen throughout all my travels. However, I cannot find more than one or two other devoted followers to Revel In Pain with. To mangle toes. To carve into flesh. To warp and control twisted minds.

If you are a devoted follower of the Goddess, please leave a contact on one of these papers.. put it under the rock to the right of the entrance.. so that you might be able to receive a message.. so that there might be a great gathering of many to be held soon.. The Pain will be great. It could be bloody. It will be glorious.

If you prefer to Revel In Pain alone, do not leave a contact. I seek only those that wish numbers, greatness.. a desire to please The Goddess the most they are able to.

I am in contact with several of the faithful of the maiden. I would like to meet you as well, that we may share, and even experience new things. You may find me in the enclosed locations. I await your reply.

There are a handful of us upon this isle, by far nothing in comparison to Her church at Zhentil Keep, but the numbers grow slowly as does our presence here.

You will find me often within Her shrine lest I have other duties to attend to.

Jay passes it on his way to the church, pausing almost instantly and wheels himself round to get a better look. After carefuly studying it, reading it over and over he sighs, intending to move on.

After a few steps, feeling eyes everywhere watching him he pauses and wheels back. Pointedly writing down his details for the eyes he feels watching him.

Steps back, somewhat satisfied and carries on, mutturing under his breath for only himself to hear

"I gotta get outta this place..."

Bending to pick one of the bloodstained scraps of Vellum from the ground.The former Lady of Wiltun, Misty Summers' eyes began to dance with excitement, while lingering on the words written.

Folding the parchment tucking it away in her pouch, she passed through the stone doors of the Shrine of Screams, to return to her studies. Opening her book, a faint smile remained on her lips as she invisioned what was too come.

A single word is left in reply, written in blood.

I am pleased to see you have an interest in pain. I will be organizing this soon. Keep up on those mangled toes, ready for the more formal invitation.

After having had a conversation with someone who wrote their name on the list, a short elf often moves about near the Underdark entrance to the shrine. He stays far enough away from who ever enters to not be caught, but close enough to let his presence be known. At times it would almost seem as though he's talking to himself, but should anyone get close enough to hear anything, it would stop instantly.

It is saddening to see the lack of response when asked for the best time to meet. I got only one letter. I had hoped as many would be dying to be there as would be dying at the services we would hold together. Nevertheless, I will be at the Shrine in 4 days time, when the moon crests the horizon, prepared for a large gathering of Our Maiden's people.
