Citizen's of cordor are warned.

There is a group of men who call themselves the "Blood brothers". They believe themselves to be Divine.

They dress in Silver, Black and red.
Spotted outside cordor killing innocent people, Trying to start wars upon any factions. They have already attempted on the War knights.
Be warned, If you have any information on this group. Leave a message on this board. Thank you.

I Valkin Mulgin have seen on such man, he believed Himself Divine as well as assaulted myself in out outskirts of the city, i attempted to subdue him when a misunderstanding took place that lead to his escape.

*describes l.lahi Bir, Silver red Armour, etc.*

I will attempt to secure said individual on behalf of the commonwealth of Amia and deliver him to the authorities.

*Warrick looks at once of these notices and nods to himself, muttering darkly*

"Really, there needs to be some measure of action taken against people who would strike just outside Cordor, then later or immediately would retreat back in without any reprecussions."

Sagat reads over the notice and pins one of his own. Written in sloppy common, it is just barely legible.

"Two spotted in Cordor's Square some time ago. May have been before they turned hostile."

The note goes on to describe two men in the uniform, although no faces or names are mentioned.

A small, loopy script appears at the bottom.

Cordorian land is Cordorian land. Just because it is outside the city's main defensive gates does not mean it has left our Jurisdiction and is thereby no longer subject to Commonwealth's Laws and Ordinance. Please report all crimes and criminals to your local Law Enforcement official as soon as possible.

Vigilantism, factional wars are crimes in the Commonwealth. Adventurers found guilty shall be treated with the full persecution of the law due to the danger such actions pose to the Commonwealth and it's citizens. Cordor is NOT a playground for bored adventurers.

Rikkudai seeks to bring the head of these murderers. If found send word and I will be off at once.

*Discrpitions of Azar are included with the already provided discriptions, as is a discription of Khelgar Ironkeg in his armor Brothers of Blood colours, not his face however. Also a discription of Alexander d'Angoulême in full Brothers of Blood armor, not his face. All were present at the battle in the mercenary camps, and dsicriptions were provided by Guardians, watching mercenaries and War Knights that fought in the battle. Included is a message.*

Let it be known that this order is no longer regornized as followers of Garagos by the War Knights, and are to be treated as common murderers and scum in our eyes. This has been confirmed by Crunch Stormbeard, Warlord of the War Knights.

Any War Knight who wishes to confirm the order, please check for verification on our public boards in the War Knight garrison concerning the Brotherhood of the Blood.
