I vouch for his good actions in the City of Cordor, and consider him worthy of trust enough to recieve a Signet Ring.
I have tested him personally, seen he holds courage and honour, he is able to even summon aid from the heavens themselves. He has been taught by me personally what it is like to be just a normal citizen, and felt what it is to fall to one who over matches him with little to no defense. He know's he has power, but I am certain he will not use it to harm any innocents or break the law in any way.

Thank you for your letter vouching for the good character of Durless Meiwalladystana. It is comforting to read that you understand the concerns of the Commonwealth and our desires for a safe and pleasant community. We will keep your recommendation on file, but it is the custom that we accept final approval on the granting of a signet ring from the Eilistraeean Shrine and their House. With a positive word and recommendation from them, we will look into the matter ourselves.
