Any Lumberers who were to be gathering wood for the South Cordor Reconstruction Project, or for any project for which I am gathering wood are to cease and desist for the time being.
That means, Stop.
I have spoken with the local Druids of the Grove and wish to try to come to a better understanding, and have them aid you in finding trees suitable to take for the work without interfering.
Any of you that have material, please contact me at once to settle up what would be owed. Elsewise, please cease and desist and contact me as soon as possible before doing any more gathering.

"We can't do much more logging up here without clear cutting the whole mountainside, causing an avalanche danger not to mention driving off all the wolves. We tried to thin out some of the old trees in the lower forest, but it's haunted by tree-hugging witches that Chased the men off. They gave no reason for wanting to keep the trees, which have become overgrown with underbrush and constitute a mighty good Fire Hazard. We're trying to make our keep, here.
Best Regards Percy Guldorand Charter Loggers."

I believe this might have been the primary complaint of origin regarding this matter. If you'd be willing to work with them to choose the appropriate trees that can be cut down without disrupting the balance, then all can work well and work can be continued without further trouble.
I would recommend you arrange a meeting with Malandria at once to discuss the particulars.

"My men are experienced loggers well capable of determining which trees are safe to cut down without causing needless damage and which don't be. If we come back, it'll be with protection from their nonsense.
If it comes to a choice between appeasing some fringe-element forest dwelling radicals; and our calling, our livelyhoods, our ability to make sure our wives, sons and daughters don't have to go to bed hungry; it's an easy choice to make.
Percy"

While I understand your situation, I would rather you try to work with these Druids, and avoid needless trouble.
Let me talk to them then, and see if something can be worked out.
